Staff very friendly and helpful. The Booked.net price was the same as the nearby Marriott where I was attending a conference for which they gave us a discounted price. I chose the Hampton Innn because it had free WiFi and breakfast and the Marriott did not (breakfast at Marriott was $19). The Hampton was not as luxiouios, but I liked if better (I don't like Marriotts because they nickel and dime you to death, you pay for everything, no extras included). The Hampton had a free shuttle which took me to and returned me from the Marriott. I was even able to arrange a shuttle to airport outside of normal hours by paying the driver a little extra vs. paying a taxi $50.
The shuttle hours could have been earlier. I had to pay extra to go to the airport at 5:30 am.

The place was spotlessly clean and staff was very friendly. The hotel had a business setting close to airport. Moreover, it's just off the Dadeland Mall and other stores in the area, a quiet area behind the dadeland station and shopping centres.

I got recently refurbished and beautifully maintained room with a nice view and incredibly comfortable beds, as example as advertised. Location: the hotel was close enough to beaches and night life and Dolphin mall and Miami downton. Cafe Joanna's Marketplace located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

Location, near the shopping center, of Target, Best Buy, Metro, etc. staff in general, nice and attentive. They all speak Spanish, is a plus, (although one can defend oneself in English).
The hotel is currently under renovation. The swimming pool is inaccessible. From 8am, the workers start work. Next to the hotel, there is a construction of an apartment building. From 7am, the work begins, so trying to sleep from that hour onwards becomes very complicated. The price per night, taking into account this period of reform in which the hotel is in, seems to me quite high. They should give discounts, especially to guests staying for more than a week... To compensate for the inconvenience, they offer bottles of water at the front desk as a courtesy, and a few snacks, as well as coffee, tea, etc.

The staff was so outgoing and friendly, we felt like valued guests. It changed our mind about service in Miami! We would stay again and/or recommend to our friends.
Signage from US 1 was a little confusing, we had to make a couple of attempts to find the hotel.

The welcome at the desk was very warm when we arrived. good continental breakfast. Easy location to Route One and highway 826.
We returned to our room at end of a long day at Vizcaya at 4pm and intended to take naps before heading out to dinner at 6pm to a close friend who lives 5 min away. . Despite telling the cleaning staff we were out for the day at 9am (we didnt realize they didn't understand English), our room was not made up when we returned at 4pm. We were unable to communicate with the clenaing staff in the hallway - all only Spanish speaking. I had to go downstairs to the desk, who instantly sent people in to clean up - but we lost 45 minutes of time. I was also suprised how much taxes, etc. raised the price I thought I was paying.

Firstly and most importantly the staff. Front desk staff were superb, extremely helpful, knowledgable, coutreous and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The courtesy bus was a real Godsend, and the drivers, even though their command of English was limited, could not have done more for us. The beds were among the best I have encountered and more befitting of a higher star-standard of hotel. The most important aspect of any company is the people. This being said, I feel this hotel is in good hands and will be around for years to come. This was our first visit to the US and working on the premise that first impressions are important, we have returned to the UK with a good impression of the US thanks to your hotel. Thank you!
This hotel is crying out for a bar. It is too far from everywhere to walk and after a long day sight-seeing or business it would have been good to relax with a drink and to mix with the other guests and to meet people from other cultures without having to leave the comfort of our temporary home.

The staff at the front desk was always helpful when we asked for suggestions for dining and when we needed help with driving directions. They always welcomed us back in the evenings with a warm greeting and made us feel "at home."

Very friendly staff and big rooms with comfortable beds.
Our room was damp. Housekeeping gave us a machine to take care of this. It worked, but beside the airco it was another noisy machine in the room.

Fantastic! One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in! Great rooms, huge and comfy beds, 24hr spa and pool, free parking, fast Internet, friendly and helpful staff.. Can't fault it! Especially great for the price we paid!
House-keeping forgot the coffee a few times.. No hassles though.
